Oh Baby Baby

My kids are sooo testing my patience nowadays.. The patience that is merely there.. I was never a patient person.. With the continuous hyperactive moods and tantrums..  Oh God, i really can't take it at times.. How do other mothers do it? How they actually survived the situations? Survived without any negative reactions?

I'm now locking myself up in the room justto get myself THE patience that i need to handle them.. They have been jumping up and down on the sofas and felt that it was funny that i've scolded them.. Afrraid that i could go bonkers altogether, here i am..

Then, Muiz wascrying out loud and dunno what Azim has done, i just lost words for this.. And here i am again.. Their dad is around.. So yeah.. At this moment, Azim is the one who is crying.. On top of his lung! *sign.. long one*

[continue]

So i managed to get sufficient patience.. *this explain why it is a good thing to isolate your angry self when you feel it is so much to handle* Went to the hall and hugged Azim and ask him to stop crying.. I told him bla bla bla bla.. And he seems to understand and digesting what i have been telling him.. And now all are good and calm, lying in front of tv while having their milk.. Alhamdulillah for the peace..

Muiz, on the other hand, got himself 'an egg' on his forehead.. Azim swing the curtain holder and accidentally hit Muiz.. Hence, the crying and babbles to Azim earlier..

Oh my baby you.. What would i do without you.. Mommy lovesss you sooo much.. I am willing to do EVERYTHING for both of you... You are indeed my heart, my soul and my life.. I pray that i will be a better mommy.. Amin..

For the Better Mommy

I love my kids so much.. Now i know what is mother's love.. Absolutely an awesome one..

My baby, the long awaited baby, the baby that brings so much joy to the family, to me especially, now grows up in a blink of the eyes.. Now that he's reaching 3 years old in 2 months, i really could lost my temper dealing with this boy lately.. And i hate that, i hate being a horrible monstermom, i regret every single moment my patience went all haywire with him.. I love him so much.. How should i handle this.. I really need to tame my temper and increase my level of patience, as this phase of challenging two has just begun for real..

Here's to a better me in being a mom! 💪

That First Little Step

Alhamdulillah.. Muiz Ilman has finally moving on his first step! It's on 11 November 2012, sunday nite. What a nice date he picked, no? 😁

He's 15months now, and getting smarter day by day.. He can says a few words, i.e ayah, nak, daa(dah) sambil pusing2 tgn hehe, ba (bye), tatt(cat), he also good at mimicking sound of horses! Haha..

Alhamdulillah still fully breastfeeding except for last monday, need to top up with formula milk as insufficient supply and no more ebm stock. I feel so bad, and it didnt help as Muiz din took it well. He only drank around 1oz per feeding. Total of 3 feedings with fm. But alhamdulillah, only for that day. Now back with full supply of ebm. How to wean like this hehe..

So that's pretty much updates for now :)

Here's the lil baby of mine who is growing up in a blink! ;)

"Mommy! Bache.."

Got an email from babycenter.com this morning on my 32 months old baby's development which i find very interesting that i had to share it here.. And oh, 32 months already?? Time flies too fast these days.. :(

"Hello, zue!

It's Rhyme Time

Making time for reading with your child every day has so many benefits. You're exposing her to new words and ideas. You're helping her develop pre-reading skills, such as matching the story to the pictures and identifying letters. And it's a terrific way to snuggle and spend time together. A particularly good kind of book to look for: rhymes, in the form of stories (like The Cat in the Hat) or short nursery rhymes (like "Mother Goose").

A wonderful way to enhance your child's language development is with rhymes. Alliteration, word play, and rhyme tune your child's understanding of subtle differences between words and build vocabulary. They help boost auditory memory, an important pre-reading skill, and develop rhythm, too. The word pictures drawn in familiar rhymes become both fascinating and familiar. Not least, reading and singing rhymes lets your child know that words can be funny and fun!

There's good reason Dr. Seuss books are universal favorites. The vocabularies are simple but the rhymes are pitch-perfect. In addition to rhyming storybooks, look for books of classic nursery rhymes or books of children's poems. There's a wide variety: counting rhymes, rhymes with finger play, and those with silly tongue twisters. It's also great to sing familiar rhymes, which offers many of the same benefits. (Your pitch doesn't matter in the least.)"

I've always love the idea of familiarizing my kids with books.. Tho i only did it like once or twice a week.. Ok, need to try to spend few minutes of the day to read together with them.. And prolly getting that dr seuss books too hehe..

Happy reading! :)

The Neurons Are Connecting!

Azim and Muiz are getting smarter day by day! And i'm so amazed by the progress that they have made individually.. Subhanallah.. And i can never be grateful enough to Allah swt for granting me my wishes to have my own heirs.. Alhamdulillah for the blessings.. T_T

The other day, on our way back home after fetching the kids from the day care, Azim said,

"mommy! Azim baju olengh! (orange)!

"aah, azim pakai baju oren"

"mommy, adik baju olengh!"

"aah, adik pon pakai baju oren"

*grinning*

Few minutes later, as we passed by a school, he saw a few school busses and said,

"mommy!! Buss kaler olengh! Sameee... Bajuu.." while pointing to his tshirt..

And i was, aaaa how cute that he can relates and expressed that! He is starting to explore things beyond his zone.

As for Muiz, he's in the process to gain confident to walk by himself.. Walking while holding sofa, chairs and everything else that he can cling onto.. He was also very excited to handle the walker by himself.. He will walk grinning all the way haha..

The other day, he actually push up his bottom and body to stand up, but no, he did not, not just yet hehe.... But, I was stunned, and felt that omg, my baby is growing up, like so fasttt!! T_T

Muiz can says a few words now,
-baw (ball)
-no
-ayah
-ma (mommy)
-tss tss (susu! Haha)
-cat

And now he's so into pocoyo! Haha just like azim when he was at the same age.. Azim now has moved to Timmy Time & Doc McStuffin hehe..

Ok folks, enjoy your weekend! :)

False Alarm

I've been delaying to make time to see Dr Seri.. To insert the iucd thingy, for my fear towards pain! Esp after the c-sect with Muiz.. Everything seems too painful to bear.. Chicken material.. LOL! :)

So, i was planning to have it inserted just before melbourne.. But since you need to be in your 4-5th day of menstrual cycle, so i did not as by that time, I'll be in Melbourne already :p

When one complete cycle passed, and I should be visited by women's best friend.. Which it did not.. Andddd it freaked me out completely!! Like ahhhhh 😱
After a week, I did the UPT twice and both read, NOT PREGNANT! Haha.. Too paranoid..

Relieved but still there was a lil bit of uncertainties.. Two weeks later, it finally came.. So i missed it for a month.. Probably due to frequent breastfeeding in the day compared to other months..

So, yay to me.. For surviving the not so painful procedure of iucd.. Haha..

Just to make myself clear, it's not because i don't want more babies, but we just could not afford it at the moment.. From all aspects, especially emotional wise..

I would loveeee to have another cute baby in the house, but let this tired body rest for at least another one year, before re-attempt.. LOL!

Girl next, insyaAllah.. ;))

Parents Room at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport

I am on the plane to Bintulu right now to attend a meeting this afternoon.. Was very chaotic as it was last minute notice.. Need to reschedule everything on the plate.. :/ Nonetheless, will be going back to KL tonite, but with Air Asia.. Good enough for,

>a fully breastfeeding mother who don't have that much of EBM stocked at the moment

> a mother of two sons who never been apart at night with her kids.. Oh only azim recently when Muiz was warded. That doesn't really count init? :)

I'm bored since am traveling alone, and cannot connect to those addictive social networks.. So it's time to update the blog! Hehe.. The long abandoned blog.. :p

Browsing through photos in my phone album, i think i'm going to blog about the parents room facility at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport.. One of the mother-ish things that makes me all smile and warm whenever i found one.. :D

While waiting to depart for KL, Muiz poo-ed and off we went to hunt the room.. At first, i tot of just using the adult toilet.. But i spotted the baby room signboard on the way to the toilet. And yes, i was delighted of course! LOL..

And i loveeee the huge and comfy space that they allocated for the room.. They could add more sofas though and on the water heater.. It was end of autumn and it was freaking freezing as winter is approaching.. Brrr.. But we had the wet baby wipes so ok lah.. Hehe

The manja boy! Hehe

Koala Kare.. Nice one huh..

The bins... Banyak giler haha..

So, if you are going to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, no worries mommies, they do have our facility.. :P
